4 years ago the top house was AXO. They have always been the top house until they fell hard a couple years ago, now AXO is about 5th or 6th best. Theta was only the best for about 3 years and now Alpha Phi and PiPhi are far better. Have you gone through photos of their most recent pledge class? They got a lot of leftover girls.
