@NotTop - When you have a top-notch sister transferring to your school, you're most definitely going to take them. It has nothing to do with not being at top, it's called sisterhood. Maybe your sorority doesn't believe in being there for your sisters just so you can try to have a "image" of being "top tier". I feel sorry for the girls in whatever sorority you're in if that is what it's like.
