I'm not sure by what you mean that they act like they run the school, since personally I don't really see that. But they're pretty proud about the fact that their sisters are practically everywhere. They work in almost every aspect of the school from the department offices, ITS center, library, bookstore, even then USU information desk. You can see them any where and everywhere, but other than that their behavior doesn't stray from being humble. So unfortunately I can't see your point about them behaving as though they run the school.
