Thank you to the Theta Kappa chapter of Alpha Phi at the University of Rochester for standing up to the long time practice of recruiting based on appearance!EO has gone out of their way to hide the true nature of what they want their chapters doing during recruitment, because they KNOW it's wrong. I am so happy to see more collegiate chapters standing up to this insanity. For those that are not familiar with this issue, the University of Michigan chapter leaked recruitment docs a few years ago about how Alpha Phi chapters are being told to recruit - based on looks and racism.
