The IEB has taken over the recruitment process for our beloved fraternity and sadly places more emphasis on physical appearance than on the standards set by our founders. In our opinion, this has led to the recruitment of women whose actions and words have damaged our fraternity's reputation. Sadly well publicized stories at universities across the U.S. involving racism have tarnished our standing among National Panhellenic Groups.
