Not sure why this is downvoted, but I can vouch for this. The mentality is that everyone has potential unless they have already proven themselves to be awful. One girl was literally TRYING to get dropped by every sorority by having the most unengaging, awkward conversations during recruitment. We gave her a bid. SDT is literally the Hufflepuff of Bradley University.
