It depends on what you mean by retention rate. Retention rate of new members, retention rate of members that have already been initiated? The retention rate does not have to do with not liking the sorority. It could have to do with grades, time, money or not liking sorority life. Do not make any assumptions as to why girls drop out. For the record I am not a Chi Omega or Zeta.
