Hi from another zeta chapter at a different college... dates for big/little and initiation are set by the national organization and individual chapters have little to no say over when those events happen. All of the girls I’ve met in this chapter are super nice, maybe spend less time perpetuating false rumors out of jealousy on the internet and more time improving your own org (unless you’re not in one which wtf get off of this site then)
