You shouldn't rush a house because its "better" than all the others. You should rush a house because you feel a connection with the people in it. If you don't initially connect to Alpha Xi's philanthropy that's okay, the girls in this house will teach you so much that it'll be hard not to feel passionate about it once you're initiated. The women in this house love to party just as much as they like to help the community and they make sure to do both in the classiest manner regardless of what people on here say. I cannot tell you why they are better than the rest because I don't know the rest but I can tell you that Alpha Xi is a once in a lifetime opportunity. It is filled with a genuine sisterhood, fun times, and so much more. Don't regret not going Alpha Xi Delta!
