From a guy's perspective, not a phi, a GDI girl or any other sorority girl...as an actual guy commenting, I do think that even though some are nice, most of these women in this sorority need to focus more on developing their personality. After all what's the point of being in a sorority if you can't be more sociable or make yourself approachable or well-rounded in any way that makes you ladies look better with a better reputation for your overall house. Btw, I perfectly agree with everything you just mentioned. (hope your an actual girl ranking and not just an angry guy or Sigma Chi who blew it with some phis...
