No, definitely not friendly unless you are fooled by the fakery. They are very fake. Friendly to your face then turn around talk the biggest load of garbage. And they do this to everyone even their own. It's sad to see. But I do agree with you they don't do well taking care of themselves and they look bad and sloppy
