The fact that they’re still defending themselves by saying that creating a diversity and inclusion committee makes it ok for them to alienate a woman of color in their own sorority instead of owning up to their mistake and apologizing for it just shows that they still haven’t learned what they did wrong. It doesn’t matter who wrote the article, it doesn’t matter what you’ve done to fix it while the women of color in your sorority are telling you you’ve done something wrong but you won’t acknowledge it to be a systemic mistake and not just one person being a bad actor. Why did it take her going to Facebook to tell people what was wrong. Why did none of the so called sweet girls of ADPi stand up for her or defend her when these things were happening. It’s all too little too late
