The top tier sororities only take super or outstanding sophomores. Nationals has a lot of rules because they won't be able to give as much to the chapter because they won't be here as long. It's just known that if sororities (aka theta) take a ton of sophomores, they couldn't get as many freshman and had to take sophomores to fill their quota
