What makes you think this chapter is "falling apart"...just curious. As far as I'm concerned, they're doing very well, and are establishing themselves on campus. They are the same size (or almost the same size) as many other sororities on campus, and went over quota during last year's recruitment after still cutting a lot of girls. Maybe you just don't know many Pi Phis, but I think they're a really cool group.
