im sure someone knows, but i would say the best way to get to the bottom of this is to gather evidence, and have a whole bunch of witnesses, the more you have the better it would look, im not sure what will happen, but its something over nothing, eiu needs to do better on protecting its students over abuse and not pretend that its a joke, and not let people who are entitled in fraternities to get away with it.
