Unfortunately that's what happens when a sorority switches from taking almost all the girls who want to join, to being able to pick and choose who joins. There's always going to be a few who think that because they were chosen over other PNMs, that somehow they are "better." However, I trust the good women of Phi Mu are going to keep this problem under control.
