As in the case with most new Fraternities it takes time to settle in. So that's pretty understandable but for being extremely new (less than a year) they have done a good job. From what I've heard from the brothers at a few of their parties they got approved by part of the University to move into their old house. Seem to be getting better consistently and the house can't hurt
