Thanks for your concern. As a member of Sigma Nu, I am now aware that giving out 31 bids in the fall, and receiving 28 pledges is now known as "giving out bids to everyone." There were quite a few fraternities guilty of bidding up to 60 men in the fall, but only receiving 25 or so pledges. I appreciate you enlightening me.
