I read this under the Chi-O post and was just wondering: What does this mean? I always thought there are many great girls going tru rush, some considered top. But how do you define ONE girl as the #1? What makes her more special than all the other girls? Parents? Money? Looks? Connections? There are tons of girls with super high GPAs and great envolvement and achievments.
