I'm going to try to explain this in the clearest way possible because it gets confusing. The selection process is done at a computer by a member of Panhellenic exec. All 8 sororities will be on the screen. You will choose 2 sororities that you didn't necessarily prefer, and tell the pan exec to move them to the right. You WILL rank these 2 (right=rank). The other 6 will be moved to the left (left=love) and will NOT be ranked. So, say I went to sororities A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H. I really enjoyed A, B, D, E, F, and H. I couldn't really see myself in C or G, but I liked G better than C. I would tell the exec member to move G and C to the right, with G being 1st and C being 2nd. A, B, D, E, F, and H will automatically be moved to the left in no particular order. Left (love)_______________________Right (ranked) A G B C D E F H
