DX Alumni purchased the former Alpha Gamma house next to Tri Delt in Fall 2011. They are paying almost the entire purchase cost. MSU leasing it from DX and has renovated most of the house. New pledges are signing up and plan to reoccupy the house in Fall of 2013 when lease ends. Alumni appear willing to do whatever it takes to restore glory days. Could be a great Greek comeback story at MSU within a couple of years.
