No darling.... The three houses (Chi O, KD, and DG) share a good amount of girls, but there are girls in every house that went to a "top house" and "not top house" as you put it. And for winning competitions.... Zeta won first in limelight dance and DDD won limelight.... Other houses are starting to win more events. So those "4 considered top" line is slowly fading away. We want houses as competitive as possible and instead of trying to push the others down, make sure your house is doing the best it can.
