I see absolutely no difference from DDD and Phi Mu except for personalities of the girls. Both are average in involvement, grades, retention, everything. DDD is more laid back, and up and coming in rush. Diverse mix of girls. Phi Mu is cookie cutter cheerleader types that are hot and recently have been doing better with rush. But I consider them on the same level once you weigh the pros and cons of both.
