Don't have a bad social rep or scandal attached to you and have a good GPA. Honestly, by the time senior year rolls around it's usually too late for either of these to change. The top zeta girls are usually far out of state and Texas girls. Far out of state because they don't have in house connections although DDD and ADPi grab most of these top girls. And Texas girls because Zeta is stronger there although PiPhi is the strongest sorority in that state. Best advice: be kind, smile, and be friendly and engaging during recruitment!!!! Those first interactions can be make it or break it. And yes, even though day 1 is via zoom houses can still see and hear you when you are "waiting" for it to start or between girls. Sorry for the long rant but 1 more thing I think is important to mention... plenty of girls love zeta after they join. Yes, they have a huge retention problem and they don't have a good reputation with many of the fraternities, but the girls who join and want to build lasting friendships and a strong sisterhood can stick around and have that good experience!
