Formal recruitment isn't over yet. COB doesn't start until bid day is over. Only houses under total can do COB. Typically those include alpha chi, zeta, and pi phi. The fall COB girls won't get to run home on bid day (unlike snap bid girls) but they can be initiated in the fall.
