Alumna, not alumnae. Alumnae is plural. Just like alumni is plural and alumnus is singular. People often say they are an alumni but they aren't. There is a feminine singular and plural, and a masculine singular and plural. If you can't keep it straight then just say 'alum' and call it a day.
