In 2016 it was aweful!!! ADPi was new and first time in years for variable quota rush. It has just been 3 new chapters in the last 10 years. Personally I think filling quotas at 8 houses would be better than constantly pushing a new house… There were 900 plus pnm. 8 houses would have had a slot for them all’ No house is at 400
