920 signed up for recruitment. Variable quota will be used. My guess is that half of the houses this year will hand out 100 or more bids due to variable quota with this huge number of pnms. Last year with variable quota, a few houses had to cut 40% after day 1. Same thing will happen this year. Be prepared for deep cuts.
