So does anyone wonder when Pan Exec will start acting like a governing body instead of a whipping dog for the top 3 sororities? Or a gate keeper to keeper the other 3 down - it is a known fact that you better kiss butt to get sorority awards. They have set up the girls sororities to also have a “pecking” order so to speak. In addition, they pick gamma chis based on friendships rather than qualifications - if someone chose not to help with their own sororities recruitment for 2 years, then why would they be a qualified to be a gamma chi? They do not make the top 3 follow the rules; in fact, they help them break them. So Potential PNMs, know that recruitment is not about your choice, it’s about the sororities. Be better Pan Exec!
