Yes, the top sororities need to recognize they are missing out on some great finds and to look beyond the known. I think that is why the tiers are really not a factor any longer if you look at grades, involvement, etc. Now, does KD win Sigma Chi Derby Days with a KD judge? Absolutely - and that list will continue to go on and on... However, ZTA, DDD, ADPi will continue to grab quality OOR PNMs that will continue to make their chapters better. Look at ZTA and DDD's philanthropies and how driven they are to serve. SO, let them continue with 13th grade and building legacy chapters. The so-called mid-tiers will become even stronger.
