Totally incorrect. ADPi is doing extremely well and Pi Phi’s issues right now have nothing to do with variable quota. Staggered quota is used all over the US to help Pan systems be successful and equally sized. It works or they wouldn’t use it. Chi o has 350 plus and Pi Phi has 135 - alpha chi is new. This will help Pi Phi and Alpha Chi get established or get re established on campus. Both great opportunities for PMN’s.
