There is a difference between Variable Quota and adjusting the RFM numbers. The RFM will be adjusted to account for an additional sorority, Quota would be the same for all houses, and while some houses always take more due to Quota Additions, there would ideally be a large number of pnm's taken to pref by the new sorority and then a larger new member class for them through Quota Additions. I hope plenty of pnm's give AXO a good chance because it's truly unique and special to be able to influence your chapter at its very beginning.
