Their problem is that they heavily focus on hometown girls and it has come back to bite them in the butt. Too many small town girls who don't realize the it's a monetary and time commitment. Plus small town vibes don't attract bigger city girls. Phi Mu used to be hot blondes but now they are viewed as boho brunettes. Not exactly appealing. So those hot blondes are finding a home elsewhere.
