phi mu used to be highly sought after by the gorgeous pnms both in state and out of state but they don't even have that allure any more. I am in one of the "top 3" at state and definitely see the shift. honestly, phi mu is hanging on a thread of trying to separate themselves from tri delt and zeta. And adpi is kicking some serious butt and it's because the top 3, my house included, can't get with the program of keeping non-southern girls around. I wouldn't be surprised if those four (pi mu, tri delt, zeta, and adpi) hold the mid tier for a long time well above the others.
