Ranks look about right - sad to to see but true. The top 4 will not move until the mindset changes. Chi O took an awful class, yet still in top 3. Phi Mu got the best class, but no movement. The only one that seemed to move was DDD, but that is because they have lost the “let’s focus on the whole package not zip code” which helped ZTA and ADPi kill it this rush which I think hurt Pi phi too.
