I am a new MSU student. I have met a lot of students going in the fall. I have also met some students that go to East Mississippi in Maben. What is the advantage of this as opposed to diving right in to university coursework at State? I’m from out of state (Georgia) so this is new to me. Also, this guy I met from East keeps telling me he has connections on campus and can participate in all of the activities. How can this be? If that is the case why don’t we all go to East and just do fun stuff on State’s campus? Help me understand!
