Everyone at State knows that Chi O/DG are now and have always been the top 2 groups, with KD as a solid 3rd. Phi Mu waxes and wanes from year to year and always seems to be the 4th member of the "Big 4" on campus. But, their inability to take hold of & maintain leadership positions on campus AND their own members is what will always keep them at 4th, regardless of current pledge class. What many of you seem to forget is that the strength and desireability of a group goes WAY beyond recruitment. It's about leadership within the group & on campus, academics, service, and long-term reputation. When you look at it as a long-term body of work, there is just no doubt that Chi O/DG are tops at State.
