decades could mean that the person in question works on campus, or it could mean he/she is an advisor for a chapter on this (or another) campus, or it could just mean that it's a collegiate student who has a parent heavily involved in Greek Life at State. Really doesn't matter...but any way you slice it, the burden of proof to authenticate the claims about return/release percentages is on the person who originally posted that she had access to them. Her refusal to name her source proves that it's just a bunch of junk. She's trying to stir the pot and start something. Don't give her the self-important satisfaction she's aiming for.
