That Phi Mu had a good PC on paper. Honestly have to wait and see if they step up the involvement, get their grades into top 3, or end up partying a lot and not raising the bar. The last PC was not spectacular during the school year, or they didn't do anything special at least. The overall quality of Phi Mu has improved and kudos to them on that. Until they can MAINTAIN involvement, grades, class, and and a reputation on campus and with incoming girls that is equal to or better than the current top 3, they are 4. But still a wonderful chapter!
