Yes, fees come from dues paying members. However, those fees are not obscene amounts to pay for their house. I know in my chapter, we pay a one time housing fee and that is how our sorority pays for houses all over the country. It is not the individual chapter providing money for their house. Well, it's not for my chapter anyways. I would definitely hate for it to be that way.
