Fact: phi mu currently has next to the lowest dues on the row, not highest. Literally 2nd lowest dues. Fact: chi o is not the only sorority with a savings nor the only ones who have been on campus and a long established group. Remember a current house will be sold to a fraternity. A house that was one of the first at msu. Looks like once again someone is trying real hard to damage phi mu on this site...Sad. Make sure your statements are true before you post. Yes years of planning, national support and the selling of a house help curb $$ issues. Dues would not be any greater than the other houses. Fact.
