Most sororities have housing corporations that pay for the house. It is NOT the chapter/alums that are paying for it. So therefore, dues should not increase unless the chapter decides to raise them to pay for more events. Sororities come on this campus knowing that they will have to have a house.. so their Headquarters/Nationals know that they will have to provide one.
