The cheer judges were Kappa Sig moms from their parents club. The Kappa Sig house mom did interviews and picked the Queen (same as Derby Darling). No clue who judged the banners. They announced all of this at the game. If you had been there or listened you would have known. KD and Chi O always win? Well that's odd because Phi Mu won overall last year and has won the cheer competition like 4 out of the last 6 years.
