Hi Hannah. Pretty sure you are trolling but I'll explain once again... banner is worth more than cheer (and queen). Winning banner gives you more points than anything else. Chi O's points for winning banner and placing 3rd in cheer were more than Phi Mu's points for winning cheer and placing 3rd in banner. It's fairly simple to understand.
