I would only focus on the first page. The other pages are just breaking down further what is shared on the first page. I know each sorority is different, but in my sorority, the dues include everything except a few required t-shirts. The semester fees for sororities can be either paid in full each semester or paid on a monthly basis. Sororities are very expensive, so it is good that you are looking at the prices now. I will say that for mine if you live in-house it really isn't very expensive if you compared it to rent and purchasing food on your own.
