Reality is: if a pmn accepted a bid to DDD, ZTA, Pi Phi, ADPi or Phi Mu ( or any sorority for that matter and they decide to drop , they can not be given a bid for a year from anyone else. I am addressing these five because they seem to be the five that some of the pmn's are unhappy about. Some girls ( or their families, local hometown , etc ) seem to be down on these groups and it is causing young women to chose to give up their Greek experience. This is very sad. Guess what, it is not variable quotas fault, you didn't make the cut for the house you thought you or your family thought you should be in. If you go through recruitment next year, the results will not be any different. They passed on you ...It is hard cold real life reality. Give these groups a chance or lose the awesome experience of being Greek. Be part of the solution instead of the negativity. No one is too good for any group. There is no difference in the girls in top chapters versus other groups other than connections. All Sororities have the same girls...with groups of over 200 plus in every group , there are partygoers , church girls, smart girls, not so academic girls and I hate to bring appearance into this conversation but newsflash - All houses have every size and shape. Some just are ashamed of them and hide them during recruitment. Sad reality ....
