Umm idk where you got those numbers from but they're wrong. Chi O will have the smallest PC this year as they are the biggest chapter. KD/DG/DDD all have a quota set in the 90s because they are the same size as far as membership goes. Phi Mu and Pi Phi and zeta are right after that and they can go into the 100s along with ADPi. And it's right by saying that quota is set on numbers. They larger the chapter, the less girls they can take in a PC to give smaller houses a chance to pick up quality girls. My house can get into the hundreds because we aren't the size of like Chi O others. Everything is based on a numbers.
