Cuts are made based off return rate. The PMN's ranked yesterday and those four houses had the highest return rate among the PNM so thus the "deep cuts." Quota on the other hand will be established by chapter size. Pledge classes will be smaller because there are 100 less girls going thru. History shows some will drop throughout the week also. This may actually speed up the balancing process we are going through to get all houses to the same membership number.
