Agree with above. They have had an issue with retention and are 4th in size. They also are not considered a "Mississippi Girl" sorority like ChiO, KD and DG. Also, they are generally not considered to have an exceptionally close sisterhood and many would say they have a "mean girl" reputation on campus. So....opinion is varied. Some people will include them at the bottom of top tier. They do have some pretty girls and are involved on campus. But, many group them closer to ZTA and PiPhi - both have had strong pledge classes the last couple of years and have won some events. Both ZTA and PiPhi are generally considered more likable also. I'm not a Phi Mu, ZTA or PiPhi - so this is just my observation from what I see and hear on campus.
