Well the above post is correct about a lot. When you go to the union every day you select your bottom two. This does not mean you won't go back to them. Variable quota is requiring smaller houses to take bigger pledge classes. For example if you didn't like Pi Phi and KD and ranked them last. Most likely you would still get invited back to Pi Phi which may take 150 girls and not KD which may take 75 girls. You really have no opinion on who invites you. You are being judged on your appearance, connection with girls you meet, and resume. You will have been prejudged based on application and recs. Go with open mind and see if you find a place where you belong
